Superintendent's Welcome

Welcome to the Waldron Public School District. It is my honor to serve as the superintendent of the district. My leadership has two major objectives. The first objective is to raise student achievement. The second objective is to provide our school personnel with the resources and support they need in order to maximize effective teaching and learning. Our administrative team stands ready to assist our faculty and staff members in meeting the challenges they face and turn Waldron School District from good to great.

Our students deserve a strong instructional learning environment in every classroom. The focus must be placed on improvement of instruction at all grade levels. Accountability is at an all time high within the field of education, and Waldron is no exception. Waldron School District is placing accountability on every person, no matter what the role or duty.

From our school board to our students, we are striving to work cooperatively and collaboratively. Teamwork is vital for the success of all students. I believe we are destined for greatness, but we must stand strong together for what is truly important: teaching and learning. Our student focus and data-driven system is the foundation which our work is being built.

It is my challenge and hope to you, the patrons of Waldron, to get involved in the school system to assist in promoting the productive change that is taking place. Together we can foster growth in a positive manner that prepares every student for a successful future.
